Anvit Consulting Services (“ACS”) uses this site to explain the practice and to receive enquiries.
What we collect
If you send the enquiry form, we receive the name, mobile number, email, company name, service selected, and the requirement you type. If you contact us by email or WhatsApp, we receive whatever you choose to send.
The site may use privacy-respecting analytics (Cloudflare Web Analytics and/or Google Analytics) once those IDs are configured. Until they are, pages load without those scripts.
What we do with it
Enquiry data is used to respond and, if we work together, to run the engagement. We do not sell enquiry lists. We do not publish your name as a client without written permission.
How long we keep it
Unsuccessful enquiries are kept only as long as needed to respond and to keep a record of what was asked. Client files follow the retention needed for the work and for the law that applies.
Your requests
Write to the email on the contact page (once it is published) if you want a copy of what we hold, or want it corrected or deleted.
This page will be updated when a data protection registration, registered office, or official email is confirmed.
